Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@sketchbookarchives.com. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues  
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items  
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges  
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you may place a new order after your return request has been reviewed.

European Union 14-day cooling off period  
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition.

Refunds  
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
